If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We are able to see most new patients the same day.
Office Hours are by Appointment.
Depending on our schedule we are usually able accommodate early morning, evening, or Saturday appointments.
Financial
While we are not a participating provider with any insurance company, we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. If you do have insurance, we can provide you with the forms needed to file it. We do however bill insurance if it is an auto injury case. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, MasterCard, and Visa.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
